We’re so confident in our craft that every piece of Bontanè jewellery comes with a 2-year tarnish-free guarantee.
If your jewellery fades or tarnishes within that time, we’ll replace it — no questions asked.

What’s Covered

• Applies to all jewellery made with PVD-coated stainless steel.
• Valid when pieces are cared for as recommended in our Care Guide.

Handmade Pieces Guarantee

Some Bontanè designs are handmade and plated in gold vermeil or standard gold plating. These pieces are more delicate and not covered by the 2-year tarnish guarantee.

But rest assured:

• They are still crafted with love, intention, and attention to detail.
• With proper care, they will remain beautiful and wearable for years to come.
• If you do experience an issue, please reach out — we’ll always do our best to make it right.
