Refund policy

We hope you love your Bontanè jewellery, but if for any reason you’d like to return an item, we’re here to help.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn and unused
  • With tags still attached
  • In the original packaging
  • With receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Surprise Bundle's, Personalised Items and 5 for £49 are non refundable and considered final sale. Some items may be end of line and therefore will not be replaceable. 

How to Start a Return

Contact us at contact@botanejewellery.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you’d like to return.

Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you’ve received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at contact@botanejewellery.com.
